where did you come from?

Where Did You Come From? is a series of sculptural vessels created with wild clays, soils, and minerals foraged across the American West. Gathered through months of travel, collecting, and studio experimentation, each vessel carries traces of the landscapes from which it emerged. While rooted in the earth, the work ultimately asks a human question: how are we shaped by where we come from, and what do we continue to carry with us as we move through the world?

Remember Me? is a series of sculptural vessels that evoke the feeling of unearthed artifacts. Existing somewhere between memory and imagination, they seem to have emerged from another time, bearing traces of imagined histories. Their weathered surfaces and fractured forms lend them the presence of ritual objects or relics from an unknown culture—familiar yet impossible to place—inviting viewers to imagine the stories they carry.
